About Project Templates
In the Administration Portal, you can define the makeup of the documents you generate, as well as the artifacts you export to a Word or PDF document at the project level, by creating and uploading project templates. It might be beneficial to use this feature if you are creating templates specific to a particular project in your instance.
You can also upload templates at the instance level. For more information on uploading templates at the instance level, see Templatesο»Ώ.
In Blueprint you can only upload template files. Creating template files is performed outside Blueprint. For more information, see Author Document Templatesο»Ώ.
Two types of Project Templates can be defined:
- Project-level Office Document Templates - the templates that determine the elements Blueprint pulls when generating a document.ο»Ώο»Ώ
- Project Print Templates - the templates that determine the elements Blueprint pulls when exporting artifacts to Word or PDF.ο»Ώ
