Projects
Projects are the primary organizational unit in Blueprint. Each project contains the artifacts, processes, and automations your team works with, and has its own set of configuration options that control how users access it, how it integrates with RPA tools, and how it connects to your Power Platform environment.
Project-level administration is managed separately from instance-level administration — settings configured here apply only to the selected project and override instance defaults where applicable.
Navigate to Settings -> Projects and select a project to manage its configuration.

Project Configuration Areas
Once a project is created and selected, its configuration settings are available in the project settings navigation.
- User Management
- Project Groups — Organize users into groups and control their access to the project
- Project Roles — Define the privilege sets assigned to project groups
- Power Automate — Configure how the project exports to Power Automate. This page contains two subsections:
- Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Export Settings — Choose between API and Solution File export methods
- Microsoft Connection — If you choose API export, connect the project to a Power Platform environment
