a project group is a set of users that can be assigned a project role to control access to a blueprint project the project groups page displays groups scoped to the entire instance as well as groups scoped to the selected project navigate to settings > projects > select a project > user management > project groups ⓘ to view project groups, users must have either the view groups , project roles , and project role assignments privilege in their project administrator role, or the administer all projects privilege in their instance administrator role managing project groups add a group navigate to settings > projects > select a project > user management > project groups click add project group enter a name and a group email (used as a distribution list for members) note that group type and scope are fixed and cannot be changed project groups are always of type "access" and the scope is the project you are current in click save next steps manage project group members docid\ isw6tej9zei8gbm4n3tzi and manage project role assignments docid\ gs6loikrmeo g2riwy5vo ⓘ administrators may only manage groups scoped to the selected project to manage instance wide groups, see groups docid\ kkcn8csogicosjzm6rmne edit a group navigate to settings > projects > select a project > user management > project groups click the group name update the name or group email as needed click save copy a group navigate to settings > projects > select a project > user management > project groups click the group to copy, then click copy enter a new name and email click save ⓘ members and project role assignments are not copied add them after saving delete one or more groups navigate to settings > projects > select a project > user management > project groups to delete one click the group name, then click delete > ok to delete multiple select the checkboxes, click actions > delete > ok ⚠️ deleted group members may lose project access reassign them to another group before deleting
