project administrator roles define the privileges that control what users can do within blueprint project administration — managing project groups, roles, and integration settings these roles are separate from instance administrator roles the default project administrator role cannot be modified all other roles can be created and customized as needed note project administrator roles are defined in instance level settings per the instructions below, but are applied in project level settings as described here project roles docid\ jn7w8nepue7nfpjohfnty navigate to settings > user management > project administrator roles managing roles create a role go to settings > user management > project administrator roles click add project administrator role enter a name and description select the desired privileges — see project administrator role privileges for reference click save edit a role go to settings > user management > project administrator roles click the role name edit the name, description, or privileges as needed click save copy a role go to settings > user management > project administrator roles click the role to copy, then click copy enter a new name and description, adjust privileges as needed click save delete one or more roles go to settings > user management > project administrator roles to delete one click the role name, click delete > ok to delete multiple select the checkboxes, click actions > delete > ok ⚠️ once deleted, users assigned to that role will lose the associated project administration privileges assign them to another role before deleting
