Copies Report
The Copies Report lists processes whose contents are identical, grouped by a shared Group ID. Use this report to identify consolidation opportunities that can improve maintainability and quality across your estate.
Copies vs. Duplicates
Copies and duplicates are not the same:
- Copies β processes imported from the same RPA tool that have identical contents, determined by comparing raw data, Common Object Model data, and step order at the action level
- Duplicates β the same RPA component imported multiple times, determined by comparing contents at the process level
β Duplicate processes do not consume an additional license. When Blueprint detects a duplicate on import, it is flagged and excluded from license consumption regardless of how many times it has been imported.
Accessing the Copies Report
Open the RPA Dashboards and Reports dropdown in the navigation bar
Select Statistics
Select Per Process View from the View dropdown
Click Change Scope, select your scope, and click OK
Select Copies Report from the center dropdown

Exporting the Copies Report
Click the Actions dropdown and select Export to Excel
Navigate to the Jobs page and click the download icon on the right side of the row (
ο»Ώ) when the export is ready
Glossary
- Group ID β identifies all identical processes under a single group
- Process ID β the individual Blueprint ID for each process in the group
- Process Name β the name of the process
