open the apps page by clicking "tools" in the main toolbar at the top of alc, and then choosing "apps" in the menu the apps page provides an estate wide view of every native and external application your processes interact with toggle between native apps and external apps using the center dropdown you can rename any app and assign organization wide risk levels that feed into compliance and governance reports native apps native apps are applications your rpa platform supports natively analyze/alc automatically identifies all native applications accessed by any process in the instance click any app to edit its name or assign a risk level application — name of the application risk — the assigned risk level of the application flows / automations / processes / main task bots — number of processes that interact with the application; click to view all processes that use it and number of steps for each actions / activities / stages — number of individual steps that interact with the application external apps external apps are applications your rpa platform interacts with through generic actions, such as run application or launch browser some may overlap with native app interactions analyze/alc automatically identifies all external applications accessed by any process in the instance click any app to edit its name or assign a risk level application — name of the application url/path — the url or file path of the accessed application risk — the assigned risk level of the application flows / automations / processes / main task bots — number of processes that interact with the application; click to view all processes that use it actions / activities / stages — number of individual steps that interact with the application ⓘ column labels for process and action counts reflect the source rpa tool — flows / actions (pad), automations / activities (uipath), processes / stages (blue prism), main task bots (a360)
