flows & automations is the primary inventory of all processes imported to blueprint it provides two ways to work with your estate a flat flows view for analysis and bulk actions, and a folders view for organizing flows into a managed hierarchy it provides two ways to work with your estate flows view β a flat, filterable table for analysis and bulk actions (available in both analyze and alc) folders view β a managed folder hierarchy for organizing flows (π΅ alc only) β a note on terminology the label shown in the interface depends on the source tool flows for pad, automations for uipath, processes for blue prism, and main task bots for a360 for simplicity, the rest of this article refers to all of these as flows , regardless of source tool flows view open the flows view by clicking "flows" in the main toolbar at the top of alc the flows view lists all imported processes in a flat, filterable table columns can be filtered, enabled, disabled, and reordered if genai settings are configured and the toggle is on, a find processes with ai field appears β enter a natural language prompt to search for processes that match specific criteria indicators each row may display one or more indicators review status β current review status of the process anomaly detected (π΅alc only) β anomalous behavior detected in recent run history updated (π΅alc only) β the pad flow has been modified since it was imported to blueprint save type (π΅alc only) β displays the most recent save type of the pad flow (draft or published) sensitive data detected (β¨genai) β process contains sensitive data table glossary column description \[flow/automation/process/main task bot] name of the process \[subflow/sub process/page/child task bot] number of sub processes \[actions/activities/stages] total number of actions in the process reuse total exact and close matches that could become reusable components cloudability percentage of actions in the process that are cloudable compliance number of compliance violations found applications number of native and external applications the process interacts with import date date the process was imported into blueprint environment (π΅alc only) pad environment the flow belongs to; shows "solution file" if imported from a solution file last modified date last modified date of the process last modified by (π΅alc only) pad user who last modified the process tags tags applied to the process risk risk level of the process folder (π΅alc only) displays the alc folder the flow is currently in version (uipath only) uipath version of the process actions select processes using the checkboxes and use the actions dropdown delete β removes the process from blueprint (does not affect the source file) bulk report on selected flows β launches the bulk reporting wizard for selected processes reimport (π΅ alc only) flows imported via microsoft dataverse have an additional reimport option in the actions dropdown when dataverse synchronization and service account secret settings are configured, blueprint detects updated flows using the updated indicator select a flow and choose reimport to overwrite it with the latest version or apply different genai settings folders view (π΅ alc only) open the folders view by clicking "flows" in the main toolbar at the top of alc, and then clicking "folders" in the page that appears the folders view organizes flows into a folder hierarchy, allowing you to manage your estate regardless of whether flows have been fully imported flows imported to blueprint appear in blue (clickable β opens the process record) flows that have been added but not imported appear in black (non clickable) β they can still be organized in the hierarchy folder pane the left pane shows the folder hierarchy folders can be moved via drag and drop controls at the top new folder β create a folder and specify its name and location rename folder β rename the currently selected folder delete folder β delete the currently selected folder (confirmation required) flows not assigned to a folder appear at the root of the hierarchy, named after their environment flow pane displays flows within the currently selected folder column description checkbox select flows for bulk actions indicators flow indicators tags user assigned tags flow flow name β blue if imported, black if added only import/added date date the flow was imported or added last modified date date last modified in power platform last modified by user who last modified the flow in power platform actions action description delete removes the flow from blueprint; does not affect the flow in power platform move move selected flows to a different folder (re)import import or reimport selected flows from power platform see flow in pad opens the pad desktop application to edit the flow
