Legacy Document Import

when you import a flow from power platform alc creates a record for that flow and auto populates it with a large amount of content that it automatically derives from the flow's code like metrics and diagrams but alc also provides a place in the flow record to add any free form text content you'd like, or to upload any relevant word documents one reason for this is simply to keep all the information about a flow in one place but there's another reason over a flow's lifetime as it changes, the flow documentation can be kept up to date automatically using alc's specification generation feature this feature lets you generate specifications from any or all the alc content for the flow, both auto generated content but also the data you've entered or imported a common use case is when companies adopt alc after they already have a sizable estate of flows that were developed using pdds and sdds those legacy documents can be uploaded where alc will automatically segment them into their sections then individual sections can be chosen for subsequent export to a new specification
