The User Activity Report elicits all instances of users logging in and out of Blueprint for a defined period of time, up to the last 365 days. This provides you with the visibility on how Blueprint is used within your organization and validates who is using it.

To run the User Activity Report:

1. In the Administration Portal, click **System Reports** and then select the **License & Activity Reporting** tab.

2. In the **Number of Days in Report** field, enter the amount of days you want your report to be based on.
   The report can be based on a maximum of the last 365 days.
3. Click **Go**.
4. The report is displayed in the User Activity Report modal.
   The table can be sorted by date or username. The search bar in the top right corner can be used to search by username or department.
5. To download the report to CSV, click the **Download to CSV** button.
