You can export a single or multiple artifacts to both Word or PDF.

# Export a Single Artifact

To export a single artifact to Word or PDF:

1. Select the artifact you want to export in the Explorer.
2. Click the More menu in the artifact toolbar and select **Export Artifact to Word** or **Export Artifact to PDF**.

# Export Multiple Artifacts

To export multiple artifacts to Word or PDF:

1. In Descendants View, select the checkbox for all the artifacts you want to export.
2. Click the **Actions** button and select **Export to Word** or **Export to PDF**.
