Instance Print Templates are the templates that determine the elements Blueprint pulls when [exporting artifacts to Word or PDF](docId\:abI-V98I2BBwg00aECt2j).

To download an Instance Print Template:

1. In the Administration Portal, click **Advanced Settings** and then select **Templates** in the side panel.

2. Click the **Instance Print Template** tab.
3. Click **Download** for the template you want to download.
