descendants view displays all artifacts within a selected artifact or folder in a flat table, regardless of nesting level from this view you can sort, filter, configure columns, edit inline, and perform bulk operations across multiple artifacts at once accessing descendants view select an artifact or folder in the explorer choose descendants view from the dropdown at the top of the main content area managing columns click the columns button at the top of the table in the columns options modal, select the checkbox next to each column you want displayed drag and drop columns to reorder them click apply ⓘ if you have a large number of columns configured, use the search box in the modal to find the ones you need filtering columns click the filters button at the top of the table click a column in the filter settings modal to display its filter options enter your filter criteria click apply an indicator appears next to any column with an active filter — click it to reopen the filter settings modal to clear filters, click clear for individual filters or clear all to remove all at once ⓘ filter options available depend on the columns you have configured multiple filters can be applied at the same time sorting columns click any column header to sort by that column ⓘ sorting only affects your view — other users are not impacted and can configure their own sorting independently editing inline artifact properties can be edited directly in the table without opening each artifact individually double click the cell you want to edit, or hover over it and click the edit icon make your changes and click outside the cell or press enter to save; press esc to discard for rich text fields, a modal appears — click apply when done click publish all in the explorer to publish all pending changes across the project ⓘ if validation errors are present, an error indicator appears and the artifact cannot be published until the errors are resolved click the indicator to view the error details in the utility panel see utility panel docid 5lu4xd4sro1lbc atcsm1 for details the actions menu the actions drop down at the top of the table is where you perform bulk operations on the artifacts you have selected select the checkboxes for the artifacts you want to act on, then open the actions drop down and choose an option the options available in the actions drop down depend on what you have selected some options — such as convert to main process and convert to sub process — apply only to process artifacts activate bots activate all selected bots in a single action select the checkboxes for the artifacts whose bots you want to activate open the actions drop down and select activate bots convert to main process / sub process convert selected process artifacts to either main processes or sub processes select the checkboxes for the process artifacts you want to convert open the actions drop down and select convert to main process or convert to sub process export to excel export the descendants view table to an excel file select the checkboxes for the artifacts you want to export open the actions drop down and hover over export to excel choose current view to export only the columns currently displayed, or all properties to export every property deleting artifacts select the checkboxes for the artifacts you want to delete click the actions button and select delete review the selected artifacts in the confirmation window and click delete and publish
