The **User Activity Report** displays all instances of user login/logout activity in Blueprint for defined period over the last year (365 days). This provides Instance Administrators visibility on how Blueprint is used within the organization and who is using it.

# How to Run a User Activity Report

Navigate to **Settings -> System Reports**

Select the **License & Activity Reporting** tab, and see User Activity Report section near bottom of page

:::WorkflowBlockItem
In the **Number of Days in Report** field, enter the amount of days you want your report to be based on
The report can be based on a maximum of the last 365 days

Click **Go**

:::WorkflowBlockItem
The report is displayed in the **User Activity Report** modal
The table can be sorted by date or username. The search bar in the top right corner can be used to search by username or department

To download the report to CSV, click the **Download to CSV** button
