System Reports provides Instance Administrators with visibility into license usage and Blueprint activity across your organization. Reports are organized into tabs along the top of the page and can be used to monitor usage, track user activity, and download data for analysis.

To access System Reports, navigate to **Settings -> System Reports**.

## License & Activity Reporting

The License & Activity Reporting tab displays your current license status for each Blueprint product and provides downloadable activity reports.

### License Status

Each active license type displays the following information:

- **License Type** — The category of license (e.g., Bot)
- **Total Licenses** — The total number of licenses available for your instance
- **Licenses Used** — The number of licenses currently in use
- **Expires at the end of** — The license expiration date

Use **Download to CSV** to export license data, or click **License Consumption Report** to generate a detailed breakdown of license consumption.

Blueprint displays a license status block for each active product:

- **Migrate License Status** — License usage for Blueprint Migrator.
- **Analyze License Status** — License usage for Analyze/ALC.
- **MigrateDashboard License Status** ⚠️ *(pending team clarification — verify this license type is current before publishing)*

### User Activity Report

Generates a report of user activity within Blueprint over a specified time period.

- Set the **Days in Report** value and click **Go** to generate the report.

### Audit

Generates an audit report of system activity over a specified time period.

- Set the **Days in Report** value and click **Download to CSV** to export the report.

### Logging

Downloads a combined log file containing various audit and usage logs for your Blueprint instance.

- Click **Download Logs** to export.

## User List

Displays details on all users created within the Blueprint instance, including usernames, email addresses, and account status.

## Project Activity

Shows the last time each project was modified, providing a quick view of which projects are active and which may be stale.

## User Roles

Displays all users in the instance along with their group memberships, assigned roles, and role attributes.

## Project Usage

Lists all projects and the count of instance-level standard artifacts within each project.

## Monthly Usage

Provides a compiled summary of usage metrics broken down by user, project, and artifact activity.
