Project-level export settings control how Blueprint exports flows to PAD — either directly via API or as a downloadable Solution File.

:::hint{type="info"}
Project-level administration is managed separately from instance-level administration — settings configured here apply only to the selected project and override instance defaults where applicable.

Select the desired export method:

- **API (Microsoft 365 Authentication Required)** — Exported flows appear directly in your PAD environment when the job completes. See [Microsoft Connection](docId\:ZoxcTj3VK7aGp9feDw-Te).
- **Solution File** — Exports are stored in a Blueprint folder named **Power Automate Desktop Solutions** within the project. Use this if M365 Authentication is not available for your organization.

⚠️ If API is selected but M365 Authentication has not been configured, Blueprint will display an error on export.
