The **License & Activity Reporting** tab shows Instance Administrators which licenses are provisioned, how many are available and used, and when they expire. It also links to reports on license consumption and user activity.

# How Licensing Works

Blueprint uses a consumption model: licenses are used until they run out, and more must then be purchased. Licenses are grouped by product:

| **Product** | **Covers**                                  | **Enables**                                                                              |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Migrate** | Migrate licenses                            | Converting RPA code and exporting it to Power Automate Desktop                           |
| **MAP**     | Analyze counts and Migrate Dashboard counts | Analyzing legacy RPA code, and migration-specific dashboards for analysis and estimation |
| **ALC**     | ALC licenses                                | Managing the lifecycle of PAD flows                                                      |

⚠️ Imports into Migrator consume Migrate Dashboard counts. If your Migrate Dashboard count reaches zero, further imports are blocked, even if you still have unused Migrate licenses.

# Viewing License Counts

## Migrate Licenses

- **Total Licenses** — the total number of Migrate licenses available
- **Licenses Used** — the number of Migrate licenses used
- **Expiry Date** — the nearest expiry date for Migrate licenses

## MAP Licenses

MAP covers two allotments, each shown in its own subsection.

**Analyze Counts**

- **Total** — the total Analyze count available
- **Used** — the Analyze count used
- **Expiry Date** — the nearest expiry date

**Migrate Dashboard Counts**

- **Total** — the total Migrate Dashboard count available
- **Used** — the Migrate Dashboard count used
- **Expiry Date** — the nearest expiry date

## ALC Licenses

- **Total Licenses** — the total number of ALC licenses available
- **Licenses Used** — the number of ALC licenses used
- **Expiry Date** — the nearest expiry date for ALC licenses

## Exporting License Reports

- **Download to csv** — exports a summary of consumption by project
- **License Consumption Report** — exports a detailed report of the activities that consumed licenses
