When you submit a job in Blueprint, a status modal will appear confirming it has been added to the queue. Jobs are processed in the order they are submitted.

To access the Jobs page, click the **Jobs** button in the main header.

# Jobs List

The Jobs list displays all submitted operations and the following details:

- **Jobs** — The ID and type of job executed
- **Project / Author** — The project the job was run in and the user who triggered it
- **Artifact ID / Name** — The ID and name of the artifact being imported or exported. If an import fails, the original file name is shown instead
- **Submitted **— Date and time the job was submitted
- **Started **— Date and time the system began processing the job
- **Completed **— Date and time the job completed
- **Status** — Current status of the job
- **Download / Go To** — Download the completed job. A refresh icon appears if the job failed or has not finished — click to retry. Jobs relating to dashboard recalculation can be cancelled at any point before completion

⚠️ All jobs have an expiration date set by an Instance Administrator. After the expiration date, the job can no longer be downloaded.

# Job Types

Jobs are created by the following operations:

- **Project Export** — Export of a project
- **Project Import** — Import of a project or RPA file
- **Report Export** — Export reports
- **Estimator recalculate statistic**s — Recalculate Estimator Dashboard results based on newest data
- **Rule Generation **— Generate project or Bulk Rules
- **Delete Artifact **— Delete an artifact
- **Test Case Generation** **(✨GenAI **��**Analyze🔵ALC)** — Automated test case generation
- **Find and Replace change** **(✨GenAI **��**Analyze🔵ALC)** — Changes made to a Flow using Find and Replace

# Job Statuses

- **Completed** — The job finished successfully
- **Failed** — The job did not complete successfully
- **Processing** — The job is actively being processed; a progress bar and percentage display current progress
- **Terminated** — The job was cancelled by you or an Instance Administrator
