Instance Settings
Instance Settings allow administrators to configure instance-wide defaults for security, file handling, artifact limits, and maintenance behavior.
Navigate to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Instance Settings. Modify the desired settings and click Save.

Password Management

⚠️ Password Recovery and Notify Before Password Expires require outgoing mail settings to be configured and user accounts to have email addresses on file.
Account Lockout

Instance Maintenance

Permanently Delete Artifacts | When enabled, deleted artifacts are permanently removed and unrecoverable. SQL Server Agent maintenance jobs run at 1AM to process deletions and rebuild indexes.
