Instance Import/Export History shows instance-wide import/export history on two tabs above the grid. 'Migrator' is the default tab and lists Migrator import and export jobs. 'Analyze & ALC' lists import jobs from Analyze (Blue Prism, A360, UiPath) and ALC. Analyze and ALC only import.

Navigate to **Settings** -> **RPA Management** ->** Instance Import/Export History**.

# Summary Metrics

At the top of the page, two totals are displayed for the instance:

- **Processes Exported (Migrator only)** — Total number of processes exported across all projects
- **Processes Imported** — Total number of processes imported across all projects

# Migrator Job Log

The table below the summary lists every import and export job run in the instance. Default columns include:

- **Name** — The process or automation name; click to view details
- **Job Type** — Import or Export
- **RPA Platform** — The platform involved (e.g., Power Automate Desktop)
- **User** — The user who initiated the job
- **Started** — Date and time the job began
- **Completed** — Date and time the job finished
- **Duration (ms)** — How long the job took in milliseconds
- **Status** — The outcome of the job (e.g., Successful)
- **Project** — The Blueprint project the job was run against



Use **Columns** to show additional fields or hide fields. Additional fields include:

- **Hierarchy **— Where the process lives in the Blueprint file explorer
- **Total Processes **— The Total number of processes included in the call tree
- **Total Actions **— The total number of COM actions
- **Total Commands**  — The total number of actions not including decision branches or includes
- **Decision Branches **— The total number of decisions within the process. This includes if's, if/else, and else branches
- **Includes**  — The total number of calls/references to other processes
- **Applications**  — The total number of applications the process is interacting with
- **Variables**  — The total number of unique variables the process has
- **Percent mapped**  — The percentage of source actions that map to an action in the target RPA tool
- **Blueprint Version**  — The Blueprint Version at the time the job took place



Use **Filters** to narrow results by job type, platform, user, status, or date range. Click **Refresh** to load the latest activity.

# Analyze & ALC Job Log

- **Name** — The process or automation name
- **Product (Analyze and ALC)** — Analyze or ALC
- **Name** — The process or automation name; click to view details- Environment the process is associated with
- **Import User** — The user who initiated the job
- **Started** — Date and time the job began
- **Completed** — Date and time the job finished
- **Duration (ms)** — How long the job took in milliseconds
- **Status** — The outcome of the job (e.g., Successful)
- **Blueprint Version**  — The Blueprint Version at the time the job took place

# Downloading the Report

To export the Import/Export History data, click **Actions** -> **Export**. Navigate to the Jobs page and click the download icon on the right side of the row when the export is ready.
