this page lists all processes imported into analyze/alc the label in the title bar and throughout the interface adapts to your source tool flows (pad), automations (uipath), processes (blue prism), main task bots (a360) flows view the flows view displays all imported processes in a flat list you can filter, enable, disable, and reorder columns in the table ⓘ if genai is configured and enabled in your instance settings, a find processes with ai field appears on the top right of the table— enter a natural language prompt to search for processes that meet specific criteria use the actions dropdown to manage processes select processes using the checkboxes in the left column, then choose an action delete — remove processes you no longer wish to track bulk report on selected flows — generate reports on the selected flows following the report wizard column glossary indicators — up to four indicator types may appear review status — current review status of the process anomaly detected (🔵alc only) — displays when anomalous behavior has been identified in the flow's recent run history updated (🔵alc only) — displays when the pad flow has been updated since it was last imported sensitive data detected (✨genai) — displays if the process contains sensitive data flow/automation/process/main task bot — name of the process subflow/sub process/page/child bot — number of sub processes within the current process actions/activities/stages — total number of individual steps within the current process reuse — total exact matches and close matches that can be converted into reusable components cloudability — percentage of actions in the process that are cloudable compliance — number of compliance violations found in the process applications — number of native and external applications the process interacts with import date — date the process was imported environment (🔵alc only) — pad environment the flow belongs to; displays "solution file" if imported from a solution file last modified date — last modified date of the process last modified by (🔵alc only) — pad user who last modified the process tags — tags applied to the process risk — risk level of the process version ( uipath only ) — uipath version of the process reimport (🔵alc only) flows imported via microsoft dataverse have an additional reimport option in the actions dropdown when dataverse synchronization and service account secret settings are configured, blueprint can detect whether a flow has been updated since import — indicated by the updated indicator in the indicators column for more details, see dataverse service account secret setup docid\ be2s hdbzuaude3plfq3e to reimport a flow, select it and choose reimport from the actions dropdown if the flow has an updated indicator, the latest version is imported automatically use reimport to update a flow to its latest version or to select different genai options on import folders view (🔵alc only) the folders view is an alternate way to work with flows rather than a flat list, flows are organized in a folder hierarchy for easier flow management folder pane the folder pane on the left displays the current folder hierarchy folders can be reorganized using drag and drop the following controls are available at the top of the pane new folder — create a new folder at a specified name and location rename folder — change the name of the currently selected folder delete folder — delete the currently selected folder (confirmation required) ⓘ flows not assigned to any folder appear at the root of the hierarchy, which is named after the environment and cannot be renamed flow pane the flow pane displays the flows within the folder currently selected in the folder pane ⓘ you can also add flows that exist in power platform but have not been imported added flows appear in non clickable black text; imported flows appear in clickable blue text adding a flow to the hierarchy allows blueprint to manage it in folders regardless of whether it has been imported columns checkbox — select one or more flows to perform an action indicators — status indicators including whether the flow has been changed in power platform tags — user assigned tags for the flow flow — name of the flow; blue (clickable) = imported, black (non clickable) = added but not imported import/added date — date and time the flow was imported or added last modified date — date and time the flow was last modified in power platform last modified by — user who last modified the flow in power platform actions delete — removes the selected flow(s) from blueprint; does not affect the flow in power platform move — opens a modal to select a destination folder for the selected flows (re)import — opens a modal with import options; selecting continue imports the flows from power platform see flow in pad — opens the pad desktop application to edit the selected flow(s)
