Copilot Agent Integration
2 min
Copilot Agents can do more than answer questions β they can perform real work by calling Tools. RPA automations are ideal Agent Tools: they have a defined business purpose, have been tested, reviewed, and approved, and are already running in production.
Blueprint makes it fast to equip a Copilot Agent with RPA automations by automating the configuration work that would otherwise be done manually.

What Blueprint Does Automatically
When you choose to add an automation to a Copilot Agent, Blueprint handles the following:
- Finds suitable automations β use natural-language prompts via the AI Navigatorο»Ώ to identify automations that match what the agent needs to do
- Generates Agent Descriptions β all textual information required by the agent (including descriptions for each input and output parameter) is generated automatically using GenAI
- Configures the Agent β Blueprint adds the automation as an Agent Tool and creates an Agent Topic so the agent knows when to invoke it
What Gets Created in the Agent
- Tool β added to the selected Copilot Agent with all required fields populated, including input and output parameters
- Proxy Cloud Flow β the Tool calls this Cloud Flow, which in turn invokes the Desktop Flow and conveys all input and output parameters
- Topic β added to the Copilot Agent to support Generative Orchestration, with the trigger phrase automatically populated by Blueprint
Once complete, the Copilot Agent is ready to use the automation.
