Blueprint offers two ways to update your password depending on your situation.

# Reset Your Password (Not Logged In)

Navigate to the Blueprint URL provided by your administrator

Click **Forgot my password** on the login screen
:::

:::WorkflowBlockItem
Enter your username in the **Request Password Reset** modal and click **Submit**

Check your email for a password reset message and click the **Reset Password** link

Enter and confirm your new password in the **Reset Password** modal, then click **Reset**

⚠️ To successfully reset your password, your Blueprint account must have an email address on file and email must be configured for your instance. Contact [Blueprint Support](mailto\:support@blueprintsys.com) or your Success Manager if you need assistance.

# Change Your Password (Logged In)

To update your password while logged in:

Click your **Profile** icon in the top right corner and select **Change Password**

Complete the prompts and click **OK**
