If you are receiving errors when saving Blue Prism import templates, ensure you are following these best practices:

- Template names must be unique across all Blue Prism import templates
- **Process Page Names to Exclude** must not include "Main Page"
- **Object Page Names to Exclude** must not include "Initialize"

# Error Codes

- **400 Bad Request** — The request may fail for one of the following reasons:
  - The request body does not contain the Blue Prism import settings
  - Not all template names are unique
  - ProcessPageNamesToExclude contains "Main Page" (case-sensitive)
  - ObjectPageNamesToExclude contains "Initialize" or "Clean Up" (case-sensitive)
- **401 Unauthorized** — The session token is invalid, missing, or malformed
- **403 Forbidden** — The user does not have permission to manage instance configuration
