⚠️ Once a license is consumed, it cannot be reversed or restored. Processes cannot be un-activated, and deleting an activated process does not release the license.
:::

Analyze/ALC licenses are consumed once per unique process import, counted by **Main process** — not per action, file, or subprocess. What counts as a "Main" follows the same source-tool logic as Migrator. See [Migrator/MigrateDashboards: License Consumption > What counts as a Main](docId\:Ytu76e7qoCXu2DX1ec2-2).

Re-importing a previously imported process does not consume an additional license — Blueprint uses duplicate detection to recognize processes already in the system.
