The **Statistics Reports **display a table with metrics and statistics for each process within the selected scope. Reports are available in two views: **Per Process View **and **Per Call Tree View**. Each report can be searched, sorted by column, and exported to Excel via the **Actions** dropdown.

# Exporting Statistics Reports

Open the **RPA Dashboards and Reports** dropdown in the navigation bar and select **Statistics**

Click the **Actions** dropdown and select an export option:

- **Export Current View to Excel** — exports the table exactly as displayed
- **Export All Commands to Excel** — exports every unique command from each process in the selected scope, including whether each action is mapped or unmapped
  - **Process ID** - Blueprint ID number
  - **Hierarchy **- The hierarchy the process originates from
  - **Process Name** - Name of the process
  - **Application **- Application being used for the action
  - **Command **- Command name in Blueprint's COM (Common Object Model)
  - **Step Name** - Name of the action once imported into Blueprint's COM
- **Export Command Frequency to Excel** — exports the occurrence count of each command across the selected scope, including mapped/unmapped status
  - **RPA Product** - The name of the source RPA tool
  - **Source Application **- The application name in the respective source RPA tool
  - **Source Command **- Command name in the source RPA tool
  - **Application **- Application name in Blueprint's COM
  - **Command **- Command name in Blueprint's COM
  - **Step Count** - The total number of occurrences of a specific command within the selected scope
  - **Process Count** - The total count of bots within the selected scope where specific commands occur

# Glossary

- **Process** — the name of the process
- **Total Actions** — the combined number of commands, decision branches, includes, and variables the process contains
- **Commands** — the number of steps, not including decision branches or includes
- **Variables** — the number of unique variables
- **Decision Branches** — the number of decisions, including if, if/else, and else branches
- **Includes** — the number of includes; typically used to call another process
- **Complexity** — the [Cyclomatic complexity](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclomatic_complexity) of the process
- **Applications** — the number of applications the process interacts with
