open the compliance page by clicking "tools" in the main toolbar at the top of alc, and then choosing "compliance" in the menu the compliance page provides an estate wide view of all processes that violate your configured compliance rules click any entry to drill into non compliant processes, or update rules directly from this view violations each row represents a single compliance rule and shows how many processes are currently in violation name — name of the compliance rule description — description of the rule threshold — the threshold a process must meet to be considered compliant severity — how critical the violation is to your organization non compliant \[flows/automations/processes/main task bots] — number of processes with violations; click to display the full list of non compliant processes compliance management open the compliance management page by clicking "manage" in the main toolbar at the top of alc, and then choosing "compliance" in the menu the compliance management page is where you configure the rules your processes must follow disabled rules are shown with a disabled icon and shaded in gray enable — click the eye icon to enable or disable a rule name — name of the rule (read only) description — description of the rule (read only) severity — severity level of the violation rule — defines the threshold the process must meet to be compliant for example, a rule of < 1000 on flow action count means any process with 1,000 or more actions is non compliant rules with true/false conditions cannot have their thresholds modified edit — click to open the edit modal for the rule
